Sun is breaking through the cracks in the curtains. Michael lies motionless like a sleeping gentle giant. My iPhone tells me I’ve got another hour to rest but I have loads of anticipation rousing me.

Today was one of those mornings. The alarm didn’t go off which meant I was running late for a bike ride with friends. My energy was low. My back hurt and I could feel a headache coming on.
