… Months of training …

    … Riding through the winter …

        … Overcoming anxieties – hills, spandex & clipless pedals …

            … Sticking with it when you feel like dropping out …

                … Mourning the loss of a mother …

                    …Surviving lung disease and learning to ride again …

These are just a few of the obstacles, barriers and personal challenges our Ride Like A Girl team has overcome in preparation to participate in the 2014 Reach the Beach event. Now, just a few days away, the exciting ride lies ahead. Our New Jersey, Portland-style

Showcasing our new logo, we have the first-ever Ride Like A Girl cycling jersey!  You’ll be biking in Portland-style in this sporty-but-feminine piece. From the Saddle of a Bike

Two years ago I only dreamed about starting a cycling group for women. Last year, with the blessing of an incredibly supportive husband and the luxury of being able to retire early, I started Ride Like A Girl – a beginner cycling group for women who want to improve their cycling and bike safety skills.   It is a joy to bring my skills from the workplace (adult learning and development) into the world of cycling, and guess what?
